About

Cornucopia is an arcology located in the Southern Atlantic Ocean between Brasil and Namibia. It is where Cicada, a journalist finishing university, and Joáo, a reluctant edgerunner, live and breathe. The story is inspired by the Cyberpunk universe, around year 2045.

The Cornucopia Years are the years when Cicada and Joáo must truly commit to the friendship they have built while also dealing with lives made difficult by the techno-corpo future. What does a career look like when you live on a suped up oil rig? What does life look like when independance is economically impossible? And what could possibly justify a corporation making a colony in the middle of the ocean?

This is a pet project of mine and the fist comic I've ever fully dedicated to making - mostly just so I can practise comic writing and drawing so that I can make better comics in the future. The chapters and even the characters may look different at times as I experiment with brushes and styles.
